Thanks to the Pain Free IT service

Thanks to the Pain Free IT service, the entire burden of computer support is taken off my back, and I don't have to worry about security threats or downtime. Now we are getting regular Microsoft updates, virus updates, spyware is being scanned and removed, the temporary files are getting cleaned up, and our backups are being taken care of. It's really helped speed up our network, our programs run better, and we don't have the recurring problems that we had in the past.

Prior to bring TMS we had a Voice over IP provider that we were not happy with, we had continuous problems with the system being down, Calls being dropped or missed all together, Voice mail not working and the list goes on. The peace of mind they give me

The biggest reason I use TMS is for the peace of mind they give me. Their Pain Free IT service automatically monitors our servers, the logs, and the health of our network 24/7/365 to make sure everything is running properly and to make sure lower-level maintenance on the network is getting done. Plus, there is a live person behind that service that alerts me to anything that isn't right, and gives me the option to fix it myself or have them fix it. In most cases, it's worth paying them to do this instead of pulling me away from a more critical project or task, but their flexibility is greatly appreciated. This allows me to focus my time on more strategic projects that help our organiza­tion fulfill on our promises to our members. It also prevents unexpected emergen­cies from arising with our users, which alleviates my stress levels and the worry that something isn't being taken care of.

24-7 monitoring service

Not only did TMS clean up a number of issues, but he also set up a 24-7 monitoring service and set up a remote backup of our data which was a super idea. Up until that point we were only doing backups onsite which didn't protect us from natural disasters, fire, theft, and hardware problems that would happen here in the office. Then we decided to take a step further and moved all of our servers off site into a data center that TMS recommended. We have a data base program that we've been using for about four years that hosts a lot of information on our clients as well as all of our media content,; if we lose that, then we're dead.

Before TMS, I had someone supporting my network that did a good job, but he wasn't always available when I needed him. He had so many other projects that I had to wait my turn. That's okay if we don't have a major issue, but when the server is down, I need someone here right away.
